All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging whenever applicable.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
